Pack Life Organization Invite Link Not Working

As of recently some issues have pop up up regarding adding users to Pack Life Organizations. The following are some things to check and steps to take.

How to Correct Email Issues for Pending Users in Pack Life

1. Log in to Pack Life

  • Access Pack Life using your credentials.

2. Navigate to Your Organization

  • In the left-hand menu, click on Your Org.

3. Manage Your Organization's Roster

  • Click Manage Home.
  • Select Roster from the menu.
  • Go to the Pending tab.

4. Identify Incorrect Email Addresses

  • Look for users with a UU icon as their profile picture. This indicates an issue with their email.
  • Most common issue: The user entered an @unr.edu email instead of the correct @nevada.unr.edu email.

5. Correct the Email Addresses

  • Update the email to @nevada.unr.edu instead of @unr.edu.
  • Note: In some cases, the @nevada.unr.edu email may not share the same beginning as the @unr.edu email. If this happens:
    • Ask the user for their correct @nevada.unr.edu email.

6. Recheck the Pending Tab

  • Return to the Pending tab to confirm changes.
  • Correctly updated users will show their initials instead of the UU icon.
