The following instructions will assist you in clearing the cache for Google Chrome.
Clearing the Cache - Google Chrome
- Launch Google Chrome, and click on the Options Menu (three dots) in the top right hand corner of the screen and select History and then History.

- On the left hand side of the screen, click on Clear Browsing Data.

- In the Clear browsing data window, select the following options:
Time Range: All Time
Browsing history: Checked
Cookies and other site data: Checked
Cached images and files: Checked
Once all of the options have been selected, click on Clear Now.

- Restart Chrome and confirm that the issues have been resolved.
