Clearing the Cache - Internet Explorer

The following instructions will assist you in clearing the cache (temporary files) for Internet Explorer. 

Clearing the Cache - Internet Explorer

  1. To clear temporary internet files, press the Ctrl, Shift, and Delete keys all at once.

  2. Alternatively, launch the browser and click on the Gear Icon -> Internet Options -> under the General tab click Delete.

    Either method will bring up the following screen:

  3. Make Sure the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and History selections are all checked. Then click on Delete. 
  4. Once the process has completed, restart Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge to see if the issue is resolved.
