PC uniFLOW Client Installation

How to install the uniFLOW Client on a PC.

If you log into a computer on the UNR campus that is connected to the wired network, and you have an access code for the Canon SecurePrint copiers, then the uniFLOW Client application should automatically be installed onto the computer. If you are unsure about whether you have the uniFLOW Client application or not, you can follow these steps to verify. 

Group Policy Update - PC Only 

If you are on a UNR machine that is connected via ethernet and you don't see uniFLOW on your machine. Follow these steps before reinstalling the software manually. 

  1. Press the Windows key and the R key to open the Run dialogue box.

  2. Type cmd into the Run dialogue box  and click OK.

  3. In the Command Prompt window type in gpupdate /force and hit Enter.

  4. Restart the computer. When you log back into the computer, the group policy will apply automatically.
