The Canon SecurePrint machines are set up to make color and black & white copies.

 How to Copy on a Canon SecurePrint Machine

  1. Log into the Canon SecurePrint machine.

    Printer log in screen which indicates you should either swipe your ID card(WolfCard) or use the AD Login button on the lower right hand side which will allow you to log in with your 6-digit PIN.
     

    Note: You may be prompted to select a department on login. Be aware that all mobile print/copy/scan activity will be recorded against the selected department until you log out. Computer printing activity will be recorded against the department you selected on your computer through the uniFLOW Client.

  2. Pressing the Copy icon on the home screen of the copier will bring you to the copy page.

  3. Place the document you wish to copy on the glass or in the document feeder at the top of the machine. 
  4. Select the settings you would like to use for the copier:
    • Color
    • Copy Ratio
    • Paper Type
    • The Finishing tile contains features such as collate or group (for all), staple and hole punch (if available)
    • 2-Sided
    • Density
    • The Options button provides additional copy functions

  5. Confirm all selections before proceeding. Press the green Start button on the console to begin copying.
