When connecting to your Office PC, you may experience screen size or resolution issues. If you are using a 4K monitor, the default size of the display may be too small. Read on to learn how to adjust the display.
Adjusting the Display Configuration for Your Remote Connection
- Open up the Remote Desktop Connection program. From the Start Menu search for Remote Desktop Connection and launch the application.

- When the application launches, click on Show Options to display the full list of preference tabs.

- Navigate to the Display tab.
- Under Display Configuration, move the slider to 1920 by 1080 pixels (this is the second largest notch on the slider).

- Click Connect.
