Clearing the Cache - Microsoft Edge

To clear temporary Internet files while in Microsoft Edge, press the Ctrl, Shift, and Delete keys all at once.

Alternatively, click on the Ellipsis (...) in the upper right corner and select Settings.

Then, on the next screen select Clear browsing data.
Either method will bring up the Delete browsing data menu.
From the drop down choose all time then make sure the Cache, Cookies, and History selections are all checked. Then click on Clear now.
Once the process has been completed, restart Microsoft Edge to see if the issue is resolved.
