With sufficient justification, a request can be made to temporarily restore access to the original account holder of a University employee email account. For example, a currently enrolled student that has recently terminated University employment will no longer have access to their employee mailbox. If approved, this request will restore email access to that original account holder.
NOTE: This service applies only to University members with an active NetID. If the individual needing their email access restored no longer has an active NetID, please submit the
Restore NetID Access request instead.
