Application to Participate in a Commencement Ceremony Outside Your Official Graduation Term

This is NOT a graduation application form. It is NOT necessary to complete this form if you have submitted a graduation application for the same term.

Eligible bachelor's and master's degree candidates who wish to participate in a commencement ceremony OUTSIDE the term in which they will graduate must complete this form.

Eligibility:

1. Doctoral candidates use this form only if you have already graduated. If you would like to participate prior to filing your Notice of Completion form, please complete the Doctoral/M.F.A. Commencement Participation Request.

2. Bachelor's and Master's candidates must be within 12 credits of graduation (Education students may be with 21 credits of graduation) and in good academic standing.

3. Students who are on academic probation are not eligible to participate prior to their official graduation term.
