The purpose of the program is to support community college students as they prepare to transfer, ensuring a smooth transition to the baccalaureate degree. Students who are in the program may take courses from both the community college and the University at the same time they are pursuing their transferable associate degree. The community college remains the home campus for co-admit students.

Acknowledgement of Program Requirements

• I acknowledge I must be in good academic standing at my Community College
• I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to meet with academic advising at the community college and UNR to ensure timely completion of my Associate’s degree.
• I acknowledge that I should be enrolling in courses leading to both the AA/AS/AB degree and bachelor's degree
• I acknowledge that I am expected to complete my transferable Associate’s degree through my Community College within 3 years
• I acknowledge that I am strongly encouraged to complete my Associate’s degree. If I chooses to transfer to the University of Nevada, Reno prior to completing my Associate’s degree – I will need to meet transfer admission requirements and will no longer be enrolled in the Co-admissions program.
• I agree to the exchange of transcript data between the community college and the University
