Getting Started

To get started:

  1. In the far-right cabinet, you will find the keyboard and mouse, this is also where the computer is located. You will need to turn the keyboard and mouse on; they each have an on/off switch on them. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. Turn the TV on with the TV remote located in the tray on the far left of the countertop. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  3. Wake the computer up by pressing the spacebar or clicking the mouse. If the computer does not wake up, you may need to turn the computer on.
  4. Before you start logging in, you’ll need to ensure the computer is on the eduroam WIFI
    1. If you see this iconUploaded Image (Thumbnail) in the bottom right of the screen you will need to connect to eduroam.
    2. Click on that icon to pull up the list of available networks. Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    3. Click on eduroam then click connectUploaded Image (Thumbnail)

    5. You will now see a Username and Password fieldsUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    6. Enter your NetID and password and click okUploaded Image (Thumbnail)

    8. Eduroam should say “Connected, secured”Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  5. Back on the login page, enter your NetID and password to login.

Before you get started with any meeting verify the audio is going through the correct speakers:

  1. In the bottom right corner of your screen click the volume icon.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
