Getting Started

To get started:

1. In the far-right cabinet, you will find the keyboard and mouse, this is also where the computer is located. You will need to turn the keyboard and mouse on; they each have an on/off switch on them.
2. Turn the TV on with the TV remote located in the tray on the far left of the countertop.
3. Wake the computer up by pressing the spacebar or clicking the mouse. If the computer does not wake up, you may need to turn the computer on.
4. Before you start logging in, you’ll need to ensure the computer is on the eduroam WIFI
   1. If you see this icon in the bottom right of the screen you will need to connect to eduroam.
   2. Click on that icon to pull up the list of available networks.
   3. Click on eduroam then click connect
   4. Click connect again if this prompt pops up
   5. You will now see a Username and Password fields
   6. Enter your NetID and password and click ok
   7. Click connect if this prompt pops up
   8. Eduroam should say “Connected, secured”
5. Back on the login page, enter your NetID and password to login.

Before you get started with any meeting verify the audio is going through the correct speakers:

1. In the bottom right corner of your screen click the volume icon.
2. Click the audio settings icon on the right of the volume bar.
3. Under output devices ensure “Dell C5519Q” is selected.
