Getting Started

To get started:

1. Under the tv you will find the remote, keyboard, and mouse. You will need to turn the keyboard and mouse on; they each have an on/off switch on them.
2. Turn the TV on with the TV Remote.
3. Wake the computer up by pressing the spacebar or clicking the mouse. If the computer does not wake up, you may need to turn the computer on. Located in the cabinet under the TV.
4. Enter your NetID and password to login.
5. Once you land on this screen you are logged in and ready to use the conference setup.

If you wish to connect your own device there is an HDMI cable coiled up and hung on the side of the cart. If you use this cable please be sure to put it back, neatly.

Before you get started with any meeting verify the audio is going through the correct speakers:

1. In the bottom right corner of your screen click the volume icon.
2. Click the audio settings icon on the right of the volume bar.
3. Under output devices ensure “E500i-B1” is selected.

Shutdown / Cleanup

1. Close all applications you have opened.
2. Sign out of the computer.
   1. Click the windows icon at the bottom of your screen.
   2. Click on your account in the bottom left of this window.
   3. Click Sign out
3. Once you are signed out, use the remote to turn the TV off. Turn the keyboard and mouse off as well.
4. If you used the HDMI cable, coil it and stow it back on the side of the cart.
