Power BI Access

Before submitting this request, understand that there are different types of licenses for Microsoft Power BI.  When requesting access, one of the below types must be selected:

• Power BI General Users will be a consumer of official reports and dashboards made available through Power BI. Examples of available reports are listed on the Office of Decision Support’s website.
• Power BI Pro Users will be able to utilize the full functionality of the Power BI queries, formulas, transformations, and visualizations in order to analyze data and answer business question.

Use this service to request the following: 

• New - If you are requesting access for the first time.
• Change Current - If you are requesting a change to your existing access for the same department/position.
• Name Change - If you are requesting a name change to your existing access.
• Department Transfer - If you are requesting a change to your existing access due to a transfer to another department​​​​​​.
