Find the small black device labeled Crestron. Next click on the button labeled Wireless
After Selecting the Icon, you should see a screen with three different instructions. Keep note of the Browser Address and the Code in step 3.
Use the browser of choice and enter the browser address the Crestron machine provides.
Note: You do not need the https://
Once you have entered that address it should show a message That states the website is not secure. You want to click on the button that says Advanced.
Once you have clicked on the Advanced button you need to click on the hyperlink that says Proceed. This should take you to the website. Note: A hyperlink is usually blue and underlined.
Once at the website click the button that is label Start Presenting.
After clicking the button, the website will ask if you have the AirMedia application. Click on the operating system that your computer runs.
After clicking that another popup should show up asking to install a file. Install the file. If you are using chrome once the file is down it should show up on the bottom of the browser.
Double click to open the file. It should run for a little and then ask you for a code. This code is on the Crestron machine itself. Enter the code and you should be good to go.
To use the web-cam and microphone, find the black cable (usually resting inside the compartment) with the label of “webcam and microphone”. Plug this into an available USB port on your device. The Creston will light up green when it’s working. Tap the microphone icon to mute it. It will turn red when muted.
