NevadaBox Access via FTP

Tags SEMP

Accessing your NevadaBox account via FTP requires that a separate password is configured for your account. Once the password has been created, you can use any FTP client to upload and download files.

The external password should only be used to access your NevadaBox account via FTP. You should continue to log into the NevadaBox website with your NetID and password. Do not share the external password with anyone.

How to Create an External Password

  1. Log into NevadaBox with your NetID and password.
  2. Click on your initials in the top right hand corner of the screen and select Account Settings.
  3. Scroll down until you see the Authentication section and click on Create Password
  4. The Create Password window will appear. Enter in the password you would like to use and click Save.
