Access Your Email in Outlook 365 for Windows

  1. Click on the Windows icon on your toolbar to access the Start Menu. 
     
  2. Find Outlook in the program list. Click on the icon to run the program.Windows 11 Start menu with the Outlook button highlighted
     
  3. Enter your university email address (NetID@unr.edu) in the Suggested accounts box and click Continue.

  4. A sign in page for your NetID password and MFA method will appear. Note: Your Outlook may automatically skip this step if you recently authenticated to another Microsoft application using your NetID.
     
  5. Once you are logged in a Setting things up page will appear and your mailbox will load shortly after.

  6. Your email address is now ready to use!
