These settings can be edited by List Owners only.
Mailman offers subscriber level sender options for all subscribers. These settings are necessary for newsletter type lists where reject or discard are the default list settings for members.
Once the email address is subscribed to the list:
- Click on Members > Subscribers and find the email address.
- Search for the newly added email address and click the Member Options link
- Scroll to Administration options at the very bottom of the member options screen, the Moderation option will be set to List default:
- Change the moderation option to Accept Immediately (bypass other rules):
- Alternatively if you want moderation change the setting to Hold for moderation if you want the message from that person to be moderated before they are sent out.
