Warranty Information for Dell

To find the warranty information of your Dell computer, you must first locate the Service Tag of the computer.

Finding the Warranty for Your Dell Computer

1. Go to the Dell Support site for enterprise computers.
2. Enter in the Service Tag and click on Submit.
   
3. On the next screen, select the Warranty tab from the menu that appears.
   
4. Your warranty information is displayed here. 
   

Is the computer owned by UNR?

OIT will verify if your machine is owned by the University when submitting a Warranty claim. Alternatively, the OIT Support Center can look up your Dell Service Tag and verify who owns the machine.
