We are not able to accept any requests for refurbished machines at this time. When available, Endpoint Services replaces older computers with refurbished University PCs for $100 per computer, or All-in-One/iMacs for $125 per computer, to any requesting campus department. These requests are filled as surplus PCs and Macs become available for refurbishing.

This is not a waitlist for refurbished devices. Upon submitting this request, your ticket will be placed on hold. You will be contacted only if the Refurbished Computer service becomes available again, at which point you may submit a request for a refurbished device. There is no guarantee that the service will return to the catalog, or that your preferred device will be available if the service resumes.
