Access and Support

Get TeamDynamix (TDX)

  • Faculty, staff, and students: Log in to the TeamDynamix client portal with your NetID and password to view your requests.
  • Licensed TDX technicians: Log into TDNext with your NetID and password to view your assigned tickets.
  • New technician access: Use the Add a TeamDynamix Technician form to request a license.​​​​​ NOTE: this request is restricted to admins of TDX applications and OIT directors, managers, and supervisors.

Licenses for 2020-2021 technician access are $502.13 and are not prorated. A license must be purchased If no vacant licenses are available for your department.
