Requirements
If your legal name has changed, you must first change it in the appropriate system of record on campus prior to changing your name with OIT. For employees, please change your legal name in Workday, and for students, please change your legal name with Admissions and Records. For those who are both employees and students, you must change your legal name in Workday first.
Additional Information
The change may take several days as it involves numerous systems and syncing times. You will be notified once the process completes.
