This form is intended to be used by those that are applying to the University and meet the following criteria:
- Has already graduated high school and
- Attended another post-secondary institution after graduation but did NOT complete 24 credits
Please note that by completing this form, you are requesting to be considered for admissions based on our Freshman admissions standards and will be required to submit your final high school transcript.
