Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) / Pack Exchange Program (PEP) Request for Extension

The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) and Pack Exchange Program (PEP) are limited to four continuous years and to the student's first baccalaureate degree. At the end of the four year time frame a student may file an extension request with the Office of Admissions and Records. Post or second baccalaureate degree students are not eligible to request an extension.

Please fill out and submit the form and any supporting documentation to be taken into consideration. Submission of this form does not guarantee that your extension will be approved.

All requests must be submitted no later than the second Friday before the upcoming semester begins.

The term in which they are planning to graduate that we will use to determine the status of their WUE/PEP extension
