This form is for incoming freshman for an upcoming term. This form is NOT for current students in attendance that are wishing to change a previously declared major.

1. Changing your Fall 2024 academic schedule to align with major requirements
2. Changing your Pre-Advising College Course

These adjustments will ensure that you are in the correct courses for your major and are prepared to meet with the correct advising team.

If you are not wishing to change your major but would like to request a change from ExplorationFIT to a different camp, please list Exploratory as your program selection. You can use the NevadaFIT option below on the form to let us know which camp you would like to attend.
