If you are a student who has previously attended the University of Nevada, Reno but have had a lapse in enrollment, you must complete the Returning Student Re-Activation form to be considered for admission.

Have you attended another institution since the last time you attended UNR?

Have you received a bachelor’s degree from another institution since your last attendance at UNR?

Please list all colleges/universities where you have registered. You will be required to submit transcripts from each of these institutions.

I have been dismissed or suspended from a school or college because of unsatisfactory conduct.

Please list all colleges/universities you were dismissed from.

I have been dismissed or suspended from the University of Nevada, Reno for unsatisfactory conduct.

In order to return I have taken the following steps:

Returning Student Application Fee

Returning students will be charged a non-refundable returning student application fee of $60.00. This fee will be included in your semester bill with the remainder of your tuition and fees which will be due the Friday before the semester begins. This fee is eligible to be covered by financial aid if you apply and are qualified. This fee is mandatory even if you decide not to enroll for the semester in which you have reapplied. Questions may be submitted to mynevada@unr.edu.

Scholarship Release

I authorize the University of Nevada, Reno to share information about me and my academic record and financial circumstances with organizations and individuals who are considering providing me with a scholarship. If I am awarded a scholarship by the University of Nevada, Reno this academic year, I authorize the University of Nevada, Reno and the University of Nevada, Reno Foundation to release information about my academic record and financial circumstances in reports to the donors who funded those scholarships.
