VIDEO SOURCES
  • In-Room PC
    UNR faculty, staff, and students should use their NetID and password when signing into the In-Room PC. Guest login information is available below for approved outside groups.
  • AirMedia Wireless Adapter
    Most Tulloch conference rooms support displaying from a personal laptop, tablet, or other device. To connect, use the Crestron AirMedia adapter located in the conference room cabinet. Plug the adapter into your device and wait 5-10 seconds for it to connect. When using AirMedia, set your device’s sound output to Crestron.
  • AirMedia Wireless Display
    Connect your device wirelessly to the projector using WiFi. Your device must be connected to the University WiFi network. Once connected to the WiFi, follow the instructions shown on the projector screen.
  • HDMI 1 / 2
    Use an HDMI cord to connect your device to the projector from 1 of 2 sources.
MODES

There are two modes you can choose from: Standard Mode or Advanced Mode.

To change the Mode, select Mode Select on the bottom row of the touch display. Click on the mode you wish to use:

Standard Mode: Provides audio and visual tools, including wireless connectivity, and allows you to set the projector and room audio to your preferred input.

Advanced Mode: Provides additional technology, including cameras and microphones. This mode only works when the PC video source is selected and the user is logged into the In-Room PC.

GUEST PC LOGIN - For Outside Group Use Only: For an outside group that needs to use the In-Room PC, sign into the PC with the guest login.

CAMERAS

To use the cameras, you need to be in Advanced Mode and have source set to PC.

Once in Advanced Mode, the cameras will turn on automatically.

ZOOM/TEAMS — AUDIO & VIDEO SETTINGS

When starting or joining a Zoom/Teams meeting, set the following:

Audio

Microphone: Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Q-SYS Core 8 Flex)
Speaker: Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Q-SYS Core 8 Flex)
