Pack Life Organization Invite Link Not Working

As of recently some issues have pop up up regarding adding users to Pack Life Organizations. The following are some things to check and steps to take.

Check Pending Invitation in Organization

1. Log Onto Pack Life
2. Click on Your Org in the Left-Hand Menu
3. Click Manage Home
4. Click Roster
5. Click Pending

6. If any of the users show a UU For the profile picture, Then the email for that user is wrong. In most cases it is due to using an @unr.edu instead of a @nevada.unr.edu email.

7. If you try and add them just adding @nevada.unr.edu at the end of the email instead of @unr.edu that will work most of the time but in certain cases some @nevada.unr.edu’s does not have the same beginning as the @unr.edu email. In which case asking the users for there @nevada.unr.edu is the easiest method.
8. Check Pending Again
   1. Users should show initials instead of UU
