Please Read Before Submitting a Ticket!
The ECC Remote Lab is only available for College of Engineering Students, Faculty, and Administrative Staff. If you are affiliated with the college but are unofficial, please note your affiliation in your request and who you are working with.
Instructions to use the ECC Remote Lab:
- Please access the remote gateway via a web browser at https://remote.engr.unr.edu.
- Please click “NSHE Identity Fabric (UNR, UNLV, DRI, CSN, etc.)" at the bottom of the page.
- Click “Log On”.
- Sign in with your UNR email address and password.
- Click the plus sign on “ECC” to expand the connections.
- Click on “ECC Remote Lab”.
- Sign in with your NetID and password (NOT your UNR Email). Examples of NetID: aleung, jdoe
- These are NOT NetIDs: 800123456, aleung@unr.edu, jdoe@unr.edu
Please submit a ticket if you are experiencing any issues or outages with the ECC Remote Desktop.
