Common Troubleshooting Tasks

Access

• Non - affiliated users will access WebCampus via the NEVADA Online Next and Guest portal
  • Click Forgot Password to have a link sent to the email account created at registration.

Browser and Security

• What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?  (WebCampus/Canvas, Catalog, Parchment Digital Badges)?
• How do I clear my browser cache and cookies?
• Ensure third-party cookies are allowed by your browser.
• Try refreshing your web browser or even a "hard refresh" for your web browser.
• Use Mobile Browser (i.e., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) rather than the Canvas APP when participating.
