Access Your Email in Mac Mail on Big Sur(MacOS 11) and Newer

  1. Find the Apple Mac Mail icon in the dock on your Mac desktop. Click on the Apple Mac Mail icon.

  2. If no email accounts are connected to the program, you will see an option to Choose a Mail account provider. Select Microsoft Exchange and click Continue.

  3. The Exchange window will now appear. Enter in your Name and Email Address. Click Sign In.

  4. On the next window, it will say "Sign in to your Exchange account using Microsoft?" Please click on Sign In once again.

  5. On the next window, enter your NetID password and make sure that the correct email is listed above for your @unr.edu email. Click on Sign In.

  6. Select the Apps you want synced into Apple Mac Mail and click on Done.

  7.   8. Your University of Nevada email account is now ready to use!
