DocuSign Envelope Limit Reached

While in DocuSign, if you get a pop-up message saying, “You have reached the envelope limit, and you should upgrade to be able to send more envelopes” (similar to the picture below), it means you have created an external DocuSign account with an email other than your UNR email address and have exhausted the free trial envelopes for that account. To resolve this error please log in with your university NetID@unr.edu email address.
