The program provides a common learning platform and delivers equal access to technology and digital tools for both first-year freshmen and faculty. AppleCare
The Office of Information Technology does not provide hardware support for DWPI-issued iPads. Please connect to AppleCare for technical issues, including questions related to repairs and replacement of your iPad and included accessories.
AppleCare repairs can be made through The Nevada Wolf Shop (located inside the Joe Crowley Student Union, unr.bncollege.com, or by phone 775-784-6597), or by contacting AppleCare (getsupport.apple.com or 800-800-2775 option 3).
