Each user account is assigned a specific access level tailored to their editorial and technical responsibilities within the organization. When an article is written by a volunteer or guest author, they may not be granted a user account. Instead, the Executive Editor should create a Guest Author With No User Account for them through the Publish Press Authors plugin.
