Position Description Questionnaire [HR-19] - TeamDynamix Workflow

  1. Click Request Service button to the right to be redirected to the form
  2. Complete the form in TeamDynamix
  3. The person submitting the request receives a notification that a ticket has been created.
  4. The request is routed to the Employee in the position to acknowledge they have reviewed the job duties. New or vacant positions will be submitted to HR in lieu of an employee step.  HR will approve to allow the action to move forward in the process.
    • If at any step in this process you should need an approval email resent, please email workday@unr.edu and include the ticket number in the body of your email.
  5. The Employee will receive an email indicating that they then need to approve or reject the request.

  1. Upon Approval by the employee, or HR if the position is new or vacant, the request is routed to the Fiscal & HR Officer (associated with the department of the position) for college/division approval.
  2. The HR Fiscal Officer will receive an email indicating that they are aware and have reviewed the request.  Approval allows the position to move forward to be studied by HR. 
  3. Human Resources will perform analysis pursuant to standard procedures and will communicate with the employee, if applicable, supervisor, and others, as necessary.
  4. Upon approval, the individual who created the ticket will be notified of its approval for final processing.
  • A final job description will be emailed to the initiator directly. Job Evaluation will provide additional guidance regarding next steps.
