Click Request Service to request the setup of a new computer. Prior to making this request, the following information should be gathered about the new computer:
- Computer make and model
- Computer serial number / service tag
- Pickup location of computer
- Location where the computer will be installed
- If it is replacing an existing computer, does any user data need to be transferred?
- If this is replacing an existing computer did your previous computer have a Remote Office Desktop Connection setup?
- Additional requirements (specialized software, connected printers, etc.)
