Add a User to a Networked Printer

Click Request Service to request access to a printer on the UNR print server. For security reasons, users are unable to request their own permissions. Instead, OIT advises that a supervisor or department admin assistant complete the request on the user's behalf with the following information: 

• Who needs access (names and NetIDs)? 
• The name of the network printer. Visit the Network Printing FAQ for information on how to most easily locate the printer name.
• The contact information of the person requesting permissions, so that OIT can notify them once permission has been granted.
