Other Troubleshooting Tips

  • Go to Keychain Access and remove any entry with "eduroam" or "portal.connect.unr.edu". This will ensure that your computer isn't storing any old wi-fi related credentials.
  • From the Network window. Make sure the Wi-Fi option is highlighted and click on the Turn Wi-Fi Off button. Wait thirty seconds and click the same button, which should now be labeled Turn Wi-Fi On. This will reset your network adapter, clearing any settings that may be stored on your computer.
