Please submit a ticket if you are having issues with any of the following:

  • Printer Driver 
  • uniFLOW Client
  • Stagnant Print Jobs
  • Print Jobs Not Appearing in the Queue

Hardware Issues

If you believe there is an issue with the Canon machine itself (something is physically broken) please contact Ray Morgan Company at:

Please remember to have the device number which is printed on the machine, before you contact support. 

Replacement

If your Canon SecurePrint needs to be replaced please contact the BCN Purchasing department at copy.program@unr.edu
