Report an issue with a printer or scanner. Includes issues with a networked printer, library printer, desktop printer, scanner, or Canon SecurePrint software.

Click the Report Issue button above to get assistance with printer or scanner issue. To help us resolve the issue, please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Make and model of the printer or scanner
  • Identifying information of the printer or scanner if possible, such as a serial number
  • Physical location of the printer or scanner
  • The serial number/service tag of the computer that is unable to communicate with the printer (if applicable)
  • The steps a technician can take to reproduce the problem
