The Virtual Desktop - Faculty & Staff (previously called Campus Desktop) is a remote environment available to all active staff, faculty, and emeritus at the University of Nevada. It includes the Microsoft Office Suite as well as other software titles designed to assist employees with day to day office work on a campus connection.
Access to this virtual desktop does not need to be requested; access is granted automatically to active faculty and staff. To report an issue or request to add a software title to the desktop, visit the Virtual Desktops section of the service catalog.
Faculty and staff who are teaching classes or performing resource intensive work should use the DataWorks Virtual Desktops for more appropriate virtual connections.
