Updating Campus Directory Information

The online Campus Directory is the best source for current contact information for Faculty and Staff. There are two parts to the online Faculty/Staff directory: Employee Search and Departmental Search.

Employee Search

  • For individual members of faculty and staff.
  • The data source for this directory come from Human Resources.
Updates to directory information are made in Workday.
You may update your information (phone number, e-mail address, on-campus office location, etc) using the instructions provided in HR's Workday Knowledgebase.

Departmental Search

  • For information about colleges, departments, and programs, select the first letter of the name and browse the list.
  • Instructions for updating the departmental directory can be found in HR's Workday Knowledgebase.
Please note: There is no comparable resource available to look up student information at the University.
