Wireless Troubleshooting for Windows

An important step in troubleshooting wireless network issues is to forget a Network connection to remove any potential conflicts. These steps will show you how to delete a wireless network profile in Windows 10:

  1. Click the Network icon on the lower right corner of your screen.

  2. Right click on the Network you wish to forget.
  3. Select the Forget button.

  4. The wireless network profile has now been deleted. Try connecting to the network again.
