Termination of Employment and Email Access

Upon termination of University employment, your employee email will no longer be available. Please ensure that any important correspondence is backed up prior to your departure.

To extend or temporarily restore access to your account, a department liaison may submit one of the following requests on your behalf:

  • Restore NetID Access: use this request if your separation ends your affiliation with the University (you no longer have an active NetID). You may request temporary email access as part of this request.
  • Restore Employee Email Access: use this request if you will remain affiliated with the University after your employment separation, such as an enrolled student who is no longer employed at the University.
