An important step in troubleshooting wireless network issues is to forget a Network connection to remove any potential conflicts. These steps will show you how to delete a wireless network profile on an iOS device:
- From the Home Screen choose Settings.
- While in the Settings menu, select Wi-Fi.
- Locate the wireless network eduroam and click the blue symbol next to the name.
If the option to forget the network is available select Forget this Network, then attempt to re-connect to eduroam. If you do not see the option to forget the network please follow these steps.
- From the Home Screen choose Settings.
- In the Settings menu select General
- Next locate the Profile section and click on it
- Find and select the eduroam profile
- Tap on Delete Profile
- Attempt to reconnect to eduroam once more
