Office Phone Services

The Office of Information Technology provides numerous office phone services to University employees. Visit the Phones section of the service catalog for the full list of services, which include the following:

• New Office Phone and Number - Request a new office phone and/or phone line
• Phone Move - Request relocation of a phone and phone line.
• Change Owner of Phone - Request ownership change of a phone line.
• New Long Distance Access Code (LDAC) - Request a new long distance access code (LDAC) for an employee.
• Voicemail PIN Reset - Request a voicemail PIN reset (if you are unable to reset your own PIN, or if the phone needing a reset is a department/main line)
• Report an Office Phone Issue and Report a Broken Physical Phone
