Requirements
- Use this service strictly for requesting a guest wireless account that will be in use for six days or more. If the access if needed for five days or fewer, please connect to the UNR-Guest signal on your device and follow the on-screen instructions.
- The person completing the form must be the UNR employee who is sponsoring the user or group needing access.
- If the account holder is under 18 years old, a signed Parental Internet Access Consent Form (located in the Attachments section on this page) must be submitted. You will be prompted to upload and attach the completed document with your Guest Wireless request.
Approval
This request must be approved by the Approving Authority (Dean, Director, or Department Head) of the requesting department. If the Sponsor completing the form is not also the Approving Authority, the Approving Authority will be emailed for his or her approval. Once approved, the ticket will route to the appropriate OIT team for review and processing.
