New Computer Setup

Click Request Service to request the setup of a new computer. Prior to making this request, the following information should be gathered about the new computer:

• Computer make and model
• Computer serial number / service tag
• Pickup location of computer 
• Location where the computer will be installed
• If it is replacing an existing computer, does any user data need to be transferred?
• If this is replacing an existing computer did your previous computer have a Remote Office Desktop Connection setup?
• Additional requirements (specialized software, connected printers, etc.)
