Add a Network-Ready Printer to the Server

Click Request Service to get a network-ready printer added to the UNR print server. The following information will be needed to submit this request: 

  • Printer make and model
  • Printer hostname and IP address (if known)
  • NetIDs of users who need access to the printer
  • Printer location
An Ethernet drop must be available to connect the printer to the network. If you do not have a drop available and would like to request one, please submit the New Network Drop request.
