Due to the University's move to Office 365, users are currently unable to access Public Folders using Outlook for Mac. The Office of Information Technology does have a way for users on Mac to access public folders by utilizing the Microsoft Remote Desktop application. To request access to the Outlook Remote Server, please contact the OIT Support Center.
You must already have been granted permissions to the Outlook Remote Server before you can start this process. If you need access to the Outlook Remote Server, please contact the OIT Support Center.
