The following is information on the storage limits for the various cloud storage solutions supported by OIT as well as information on how to find the amount of storage you are currently using and links to our Service Catalog for requesting increases to your storage limit.

NevadaBox

• User - 50GB standard
• Department/Unit - 500GB standard

• User - 20GB
• Department - 500GB
• Network Access Storage (NAS) Quota Increase Request

OneDrive

• User - 5,120 GB base, increases up to 25TB*
• Department (group) - 5,120 GB base, increases up to 25TB*

  *Increases can only be applied once a storage space exceeds 90% of the base quota
